Breast Cancer Awareness

In 2009 there are estimated to be 192,370 new cases of breast cancer found in women and 1,910 cases in men.  According to the National Cancer Institute, it’s estimated that there will be 40,170 deaths in women and 440 in men.  It is extremely important to conduct a monthly breast self examination in order to catch breast cancer in its early stages.  If you find a lump or abnormal change in your breast you should immediately make an appointment and be seen by a doctor.
